Really light like mercury
Fruit – sweet
Down & dirty kind of scotch
Kind of hot
Bitter like overcooked brussel sprouts
Smoother & sweeter & tastier when cut. Seems like it has to be cut. Distillery produces only 100,000 liters per year.
