seems light at first then packs a punch of salt and pepper at the back. A great reminder of how much I enjoy whisky from Glen Scotia. |

Salty and gets saltier if you don't drink more - nice |
Remarkably this bottle was from the same cask, 26 bottles apart in the bottling run, from the bottle tasted by the KOTQ at the 10Q2 tasting. |

My head cold didn't permit me to idenify |
|
Again, perhaps because of the cold - salt and pepper with a hint of cream |
Rather smooth, very enjoyable |
Again, my radar was off, I fell into the groupthink on The Macallan 25 Fine Oak, but Brother Bluff rose to the occasion to identify this as Glen Scotia |

cayenne pepper, vanilla extract, somewhat sour apricot |
salty, sour after the salt, margarita glad rim salt, pine sap |
NOTE: Consensus note from the group and not specifically from Bop. Full thoughts on NOSE: hits you with smoke as you walk through its front door initially, but as the smoke clears, you see the plate of pancakes you had prepared but accidentally put slices of banana on. Then you realize the smoke has not totally cleared, and the blurred vision of banana covered pancakes is actually a homemade pecan sticky bun. |
