Watery on the back edge not a complete experience |
Stays very sour |
Laphroaig 10 has COMPLETELY changed. It no longer is polarizing and the litmus test for having the capacity to love single malt scotch. Things have changed up to and including inventory drains preventing Laphroaig 10 from being Laphroaig 10. |

enjoy the nose but find the palate too 'winey' with the smoke. I love Laphroaig---but this expressions I have a hard time enjoying. The heavy PX competes with the Laphroaig smoke. |

Classic, elegant Islay nose... Smells like L 10 |

Peat and smoke, a little fireside embers, but not as peaty as 10 |
Tasty |
The finish takes the edge off the classic L 10, making this quite enjoyable but still a strong Islay. |
