Looking for the petroleum smell that isn’t strong		Light olive oil		Not as strong a character as the vintage 21 from the 1990s and early 2000s which had a much more rubbery oil taste like a Chuck Taylor sneaker (which was a great thing). Bop	Quite dark with a reddish hue	Oily influence which is classic Springbank		Harsh with bourbon undertones and maybe a hint of black cherry	A little too direct	Bluff had a Hazelburn 8 from 2009 that was aged in bourbon only and not Sauternes as this one has.
