Taking a leisurely stroll through our very hip tasting notes area I took notice of distilleries (and regions) which, even after 5 years on the scene, we have either overlooked or under-tasted. I offer this post to all future hosts looking for a seed of inspiration, perhaps, when designing their meeting lineup. Here are some distilleries that I would like to see highlighted in future meetings:

You will note that the Northern Highlands and the Highlands Midlands, much like our Western Highlands tasting of last year, are regions which might avail themselves as themes for future tastings. All of these should be relatively available either from Sam’s or Binny’s.
